Mini smörgåstårtor med norsk flagg

På självaste nationaldagen festade vi till det lite och körde en riktigt svensk version av den traditionsenliga champagnefrukosten på självaste dagen, 17:e maj. Och bjuder gjorde vi på var sin mini smörgåstårta. Hurra för Norge!

* 17th of may with a Swedish twist

Yesterday we celebrated the 17th of may, the Norwegian national day. This day always starts with bubbles  for breakfast, but of course also some traditional courses, desserts and cakes. Because we’re Swedish we made it with our own Swedish twist. The dish is called “Smörgåstårta”, a typical Swedish classic, when it comes to celebrations like this. This recipe is made as mini sized ones. Using wheat breads, stacked in layers, stuffed with a mix of shrimps, avokado, eggs and greens.
